Manuscripts for Wood and Fiber Science should be submitted to Editorial Manager (EM), an online manuscript managing system developed by Aries Systems and used by over 2600 journals.
If you have a manuscript to submit, please follow the instructions below before accessing the EM web site:
• Review Manuscript Requirements and Format and revise accordingly
• Prepare three separate files for entry (do not disclose your name in these file names):
• Title page (title, authors, organizations)
• Acknowledgments
• Manuscript body (Title, Abstract, Keywords, Body, Tables, Figures)
• Review the Classification for Reviewers and Manuscripts to select the categories that best describe the classifications for your manuscript. Note the numerical designation; when you access the EM website, you will be asked for these.

If you have accessed the EM site before (as an author or reviewer), your registration data will have been retained.
New authors should go to the Authors line and Click "Register." Complete the entry of data for authors; the last step will tell you to check an email message from EM with your Username and Password.
Page charges:
Members: $100 per page
Non-members: $135 per page
Color figures:
Online version: $20 per color figure
Printed article: $400 for the first color figure and $250 for each subsequent one
