Letter of Invitation

The SWST Executive Office will be pleased to send an invitation letter to any participant making such as request. It is understood that such an invitation letter is intended to help potential attendees obtain a visa or raise travel funds.  It does not constitute the Society’s agreement to fund any costs.  Contact Vicki Herian at vicki@swst.org.

Refund Policy

No refund will be given after October 1, 2008.  A 50% refund will be offered from August 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008, and a 75% refund is offered before August 1, 2008.
